Décret présidentiel n° 21-293 du 12 Dhou El Hidja 1442 correspondant au 22 juillet 2021 portant transfert de crédits au budget de fonctionnement du ministère de l’intérieur, des collectivités locales et de l’aménagement du territoire

Il est annulé, sur 2021, un crédit de treize milliards trois cent dix-huit millions de dinars (13.318.000.000 DA), applicable au budget des charges communes et au chapitre n° 37-91 « Dépenses éventuelles — Provision groupée ».

Il est ouvert, sur 2021, un crédit de treize milliards trois cent dix-huit millions de dinars (13.318.000.000 DA), applicable au budget de fonctionnement du ministère de l’intérieur, des collectivités locales et de l’aménagement du territoire et aux chapitres énumérés au tableau annexé au présent décret.

Le ministre des finances et le ministre de l’intérieur, des collectivités locales et de l’aménagement du territoire sont chargés, chacun en ce qui le concerne, de l'exécution du présent décret qui sera publié au Journal officiel de la République algérienne démocratique et populaire.
