Article 1er
فتح المادةIl est annulé, sur 2022, un crédit de quarante-et-un millions de dinars (41.000.000 DA), applicable au budget de fonctionnement du ministère de la santé et aux chapitres énumérés à l'état « A » annexé au présent décret.
Article 2
فتح المادةIl est ouvert, sur 2022, un crédit quarante-et-un millions de dinars (41.000.000 DA), applicable au budget de fonctionnement du ministère de la santé et aux chapitres énumérés à l'état « B » annexé au présent décret.
Article 3
فتح المادةLe ministre des finances et le ministre de la santé sont chargés, chacun en ce qui le concerne, de l'exécution du présent décret qui sera publié au Journal officiel de la République algérienne démocratique et populaire.
Fait à Alger le 7 Joumada El Oula 1444 correspondant au 1er décembre 2022.
