Décret présidentiel n° 21-306 du 26 Dhou El Hidja 1442 correspondant au 5 août 2021 portant transfert de crédits au budget de fonctionnement du ministère des finances

Il est annulé, sur 2021, un crédit de deux milliards trois cent sept millions de dinars (2.307.000.000 DA), applicable au budget des charges communes et au chapitre n° 37-91 « Dépenses éventuelles — Provision groupée ».

Il est ouvert, sur 2021, un crédit de deux milliards trois cent sept millions de dinars (2.307.000.000 DA), applicable au budget de fonctionnement du ministère des finances et aux chapitres énumérés à l'état annexé au présent décret.

Le ministre des finances est chargé, de l'exécution du présent décret qui sera publié au Journal officiel de la République algérienne démocratique et populaire.
