Décret présidentiel n° 20-408 du 15 Joumada El Oula 1442 correspondant au 30 décembre 2020 portant création d’un chapitre et transfert de crédits au budget de l’Etat

Il est créé, au sein de la nomenclature de budget de fonctionnement du ministère de l’habitat, de l’urbanisme et de la ville, pour 2020, section I — section unique, sous-section I — services centraux, un chapitre n° 44-06 intitulé « Contribution au centre national de recherche appliquée en génie parasismique (CGS) ».

Il est annulé, sur 2020, un crédit de quarante-cinq millions huit cent trente-quatre mille dinars (45.834.000 DA), applicable au budget des charges communes et au chapitre n° 37-91 « Dépenses éventuelles — Provision groupée ».

Il est ouvert, sur 2020, un crédit de quarante-cinq millions huit cent trente-quatre mille dinars (45.834.000 DA), applicable aux budgets de fonctionnement des ministères et aux chapitres énumérés à l’état annexé au présent décret.

Art. 4 — Le présent décret sera publié au Journal officiel de la République algérienne démocratique et populaire.
