Article 1er
فتح المادةIl est annulé sur 1999, un crédit de quatorze millions huit cent quatre vingt quatre mille dinars (14.884.000 DA) applicable au budget de fonctionnement du ministère des finances et aux chapitres énumérés à l'état "A" annexé au présent décret.
Article 2
فتح المادةIl est ouvert sur 1999, un crédit de quatorze millions huit cent quatre vingt quatre mille dinars (14.884.000 DA) applicable au budget de fonctionnement du ministère des finances et aux chapitres énumérés à l'état "B" annexé au présent décret.
Article 3
فتح المادةLe ministre des finances est chargé de l'exécution du présent décret qui sera publié au Journal officiel de la République algérienne démocratique et populaire.
