Article 1er
فتح المادةIl est annulé sur 1996, un crédit de dix millions huit cent quatre vingt quinze mille dinars (10.895.000 DA), applicable au budget de fonctionnement du ministère du travail, de la protection sociale et de la formation professionnelle (Section III - Secrétariat d'Etat à la formation professionnelle) et aux chapitres énumérés à l'état "A" annexé au présent décret.
Article 2
فتح المادةIl est ouvert sur 1996, un crédit de dix millions huit cent quatre vingt quinze mille dinars (10.895.000 DA, applicable au budget de fonctionnement du ministère du travail, de la protection sociale et de la formation professionnelle (Section III - Secrétariat d'Etat à la formation professionnelle) et aux chapitres énumérés à l'état "B" annexé au présent décret.
Article 3
فتح المادةLe ministre des finances et le ministre du travail, de la protection sociale et de la formation professionnelle sont chargés, chacun en ce qui le concerne, de l'exécution du présent décret qui sera publié au Journal officiel de la République algérienne démocratique et populaire.
Fait à Alger, le 12 Rajab 1417 correspondant au 23 novembre 1996.
