Décret exécutif n° 20-317 du 6 Rabie Ethani 1442 correspondant au 22 novembre 2020 portant virement de crédits au sein du budget de fonctionnement du ministère des finances

Il est annulé, sur 2020, un crédit de quaranteet-un millions cinq cent mille dinars (41.500.000 DA), applicable au budget de fonctionnement du ministère des finances et aux chapitres énumérés à l’état « A » annexé au présent décret.

Il est ouvert, sur 2020, un crédit de quaranteet-un millions cinq cent mille dinars (41.500.000 DA), applicable au budget de fonctionnement du ministère des finances et aux chapitres énumérés à l’état « B » annexé au présent décret.

Le ministre des finances est chargé de l’exécution du présent décret qui sera publié au Journal officiel de la République algérienne démocratique et populaire.
