Arrêté du 3 Dhou El Kaada 1426 correspondant au 5 décembre 2005 portant répartition des sièges des assemblées générales des chambres de commerce et d’industrie

En application des dispositions des articles 10 et 29 du décret exécutif n° 96-93 du 14 Chaoual 1416 correspondant au 3 mars 1996, modifié et complété, susvisé, le présent arrêté a pour objet de fixer la répartition des sièges des assemblées générales des chambres de commerce et d’industrie par catégorie professionnelle et par subdivision géographique.

La répartition des sièges des assemblées générales des chambres de commerce et d’industrie par catégorie professionnelle et par subdivision géographique est fixée conformément à l’annexe du présent arrêté.

Les dispositions de l’arrêté du 7 Moharram 1417 correspondant au 25 mai 1996, modifié et complété, portant création des sous-catégories professionnelles et répartition des sièges des assemblées générales des chambres de commerce et d’industrie sont abrogées.

Le présent arrêté sera publié au Journal officiel de la République algérienne démocratique et populaire.
