Décret présidentiel nº 95-392 du 7 Rajab 1416 correspondant au 30 novembre fonctionnement du ministère des finances

Il est annulé sur 1995, un crédit de quarante sept millions six cent seize mille dinars (47.616.000 DA), applicable au budget des charges communes et au chapitre n° 37-91 "Dépenses éventuelles Provision groupée".

Il est ouvert sur 1995, un crédit de de quarante sept millions six cent seize mille dinars (47.616.000 DA), applicable au budget de fonctionnement du ministère des finances et aux chapitres énumérés à l'état annexé au présent décret.

Vu l'ordonnance n° 94-03 du 27 Rajab 1415 correspondant au 31 décembre 1994 portant loi de finances pour 1995;

Vu le décret présidentiel du 5 Chaâbane 1415 correspondant au 7 janvier 1995, portant répartition des crédits ouverts, au titre du budget de fonctionnement, par la loi de finances pour 1995, au budget des charges communes;

Vu le décret exécutif n° 95-06 du 5 Chaâbane 1415 correspondant au 7 janvier 1995 portant répartition des crédits ouverts, au titre du budget de fonctionnement, par la loi de finances pour 1995, au ministre des finances;

Le ministre des finances est chargé de l'exécution du présent décret sera publié au Journal officiel de la République algérienne démocratique et populaire.
