Décret exécutif n° 12-239 du 8 Rajab 1433 correspondant au 29 mai 2012 portant virement de crédits au sein du budget de fonctionnement du ministère de l'intérieur et des collectivités locales

Il est annulé, sur 2012, un crédit de un milliard quatre cent soixante millions de dinars (1.460.000.000 DA), applicable au budget de fonctionnement du ministère de l'intérieur et des collectivités locales et aux chapitres énumérés à l'état «A» annexé au présent décret.

Il est ouvert, sur 2012, un crédit de un milliard quatre cent soixante millions de dinars (1.460.000.000 DA), applicable au budget de fonctionnement du ministère de l'intérieur et des collectivités locales et aux chapitres énumérés à l'état «B» annexé au présent décret.

Le présent décret sera publié au Journal officiel de la République algérienne démocratique et populaire.
