Le ministre des finances et le ministre l'intérieur, des collectivités locales, de l'environnement et de la réforme administrative sont chargés, chacun en ce qui le concerne, de l'exécution du présent décret qui sera publié au Journal officiel de la République algérienne démocratique et populaire.
