Décret présidentiel n° 19-129 du 10 Chaâbane 1440 correspondant au 16 avril 2019 portant transfert de crédits au budget de l’Etat

Il est annulé sur 2019, un crédit de quatre-vingt-dix-huit millions trente-neuf mille dinars (98.039.000 DA), applicable au budget des charges communes et au chapitre n° 37-91 « Dépenses éventuelles — Provision groupée ».

Il est ouvert sur 2019, un crédit de quatre-vingt-dix-huit millions trente-neuf mille dinars (98.039.000 DA), applicable au budget de fonctionnement des ministères et aux chapitres énumérés à l’état annexé au présent décret.

Le présent décret sera publié au Journal officiel de la République algérienne démocratique et populaire.
