Décret présidentiel n° 04-288 du 28 Rajab 1425 correspondant au 13 septembre 2004 portant transfert de crédits au sein du budget de fonctionnement de l’Etat

Il est annulé, sur 2004, un crédit de cent dix neuf millions cinq cent quatre vingt et un mille dinars (119.581.000 DA), applicable au budget des charges communes et au chapitre n° 37-91 "Dépenses éventuelles — Provision groupée".

Il est ouvert, sur 2004, un crédit de cent dix neuf millions cinq cent quatre vingt et un mille dinars (119.581.000 DA), applicable aux budgets de fonctionnement des départements ministériels et aux chapitres énumérés à l’état annexé au présent décret.

Le présent décret sera publié au Journal officiel de la République algérienne démocratique et populaire.
