Article 9
La formation professionnelle initiale et/ou continue de niveau 1 est sanctionnée par un certificat de formation professionnelle spécialisée, par abréviation "CFPS", de niveau 2 par un certificat d'aptitude professionnelle, par abréviation "CAP", de niveau 3 par un certificat de maîtrise professionnelle, par abréviation "CMP", de niveau 4 par le brevet de technicien, par abréviation "BT", et de niveau 5 par un brevet de technicien supérieur par abréviation "B.T.S".
