Décret exécutif n° 04-103 du 15 Safar 1425 correspondant au 5 avril 2004 portant création et fixant les statuts du fonds de garantie automobile
TITRE I — DISPOSITIONS GENERALES › Chapitre 1 — Dénomination - Objet - Siège
Article 1er
En application des dispositions de l’article 117 de la loi n° 02-11 du 20 Chaoual 1423 correspondant au 24 décembre 2002 portant loi de finances pour 2003, il est créé un établissement public dénommé “Fonds de garantie automobile” par abréviation “F.G.A” ci-après désigné le fonds.
