Par décret présidentiel du 5 Joumada El Oula 1427 correspondant au 1er juin 2006, sont nommés, à l’agence spatiale algérienne, MM. : 1 – Fethi Benhamouda, directeur d’études chargé des applications spatiales ; 2 – Tahar Iftene, directeur d’études chargé de la formation et de la recherche.
