Le ministre des finances, le ministre des affaires étrangères et le ministre de l'intérieur, des collectivités locales et de l'environnement sont chargés, chacun en ce qui le concerne, de l'exécution du présent décret qui sera publié au Journal officiel de la République algérienne démocratique et populaire.
