Le ministre des finances, le ministre de l'agriculture et de la réforme agraire, le ministre de l'enseignement originel et des affaires religieuses et le secrétaire d'Etat à l'hydraulique sont chargés, chacun en ce qui le concerne, de l'exécution du présent décret qui sera publié au Journal officiel de la République algérienne démocratique et populaire.
