Le ministre d'Etat chargé des finances et du plan et le ministre de l'agriculture et de la réforme agraire sont chargés, chacun en ce qui le concerne, de l'exécution du présent décret qui sera publié au Journal officiel de la République algérienne démocratique et populaire, Fait à Alger, le 12 juin 1968.
