Article 581
Le mandat est un acte à titre gratuit, sauf convention contraire expresse ou tacite résultant de la condition du mandataire.
La rémunération convenue est soumise à l'appréciation du juge, à moins qu'elle ne soit librement acquittée après l'exécution du mandat.
