Article 155
Le wali ne peut prendre l’arrêté d’hospitalisation d’office concernant un ascendant ou descendant, un conjoint, un collatéral frère ou sœur, un oncle, une tante, ni de leurs conjoints respectifs. Il est fait appel, en pareil cas, au wali d’une wilaya limitrophe.
