Article 1er

En application des dispositions de l'article 12 bis de la loi n° 91-11 du 27 avril 1991, complétée, susvisée, et conformément aux dispositions de l'article 10 du décret exécutif n° 93-186 du 27 juillet 1993, complété, susvisé, le présent décret a pour objet de déclarer d'utilité publique, l'opération relative à la réalisation des postes de transformation haute et très haute tension suivants, en raison du caractère d'infrastructure d'intérêt général, d'envergure nationale et stratégique de cette opération :
