Le ministre des finances, le ministre des travaux publics et de la construction, le ministre de la santé publique, le ministre de l'enseignement originel et des affaires religieuses et le ministre de l'enseignement supérieur et de la recherche scientifique sont chargés, chacun en ce qui le concerne, de l'exécution du présent décret qui sera publié au Journal officiel de la République algérienne démocratique et populaire.
